1. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

          All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

           

          5. HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

            Since our website and service are based in English, all the information that you enter, is required to be in English. 

             


            6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

              Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address or to preferred destination for ordered product.

              The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has been shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

              What is the max user weight?

              The walking pad supports up to 350 lbs. Please confirm this before purchasing to make sure it is the right fit for you.

              Can I use it under a desk?

              Yes. It can be used for light walking while working, depending on your desk height and available space.

              Does the handlebar fold?

              Yes. The handlebar is designed to fold down for easier storage when not in use.

              How loud is it?

              It is designed for quiet home use, but noise may vary depending on speed, flooring, and user weight. For best results, place it on a flat surface or fitness mat.

              What is included with the free resistance band set?

              Each order includes a free resistance band set to help you add simple strength and stretching exercises to your home fitness routine.

              What is the return policy?

              If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help with a replacement or refund after review. If you’re unsatisfied, reach out to support and we’ll do our best to make it right.

              How long is shipping?

              Orders usually process within 1-2 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing.
