Refund Policy

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a return address and offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference and product availability.
If you are unsatisfied with your order after 30 days, for any other reason, please contact our support team. We will review your request and do our best to make it right in accordance with our return policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included accessories and packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
For return instructions, please contact us before sending any item back.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
